EliteSingles cost for over 50 and is it worth it after the 2026 relaunch

EliteSingles is reported to cost about $57.95 a month on a three month plan, $44.95 on six months and $31.95 on twelve, and the whole term is billed at the start, so you pay roughly $174 to $383 before your first message. It suits people who like a questionnaire and are happy to prepay. If you would rather pay month to month among members aged 40 to 80 who have all passed a selfie and phone check, MatureMeet Premium is $39 a month, and you can see verified members near you before you pay.

How much does EliteSingles cost?

EliteSingles does not publish one fixed price, and review sites quote different numbers because offers vary by country, device and promotion. These are the figures most 2026 guides repeat, so treat them as approximate.

3 months Reported price per month about $57.95 Reported total at checkout about $174
6 months Reported price per month about $44.95 Reported total at checkout about $270
12 months Reported price per month about $31.95 Reported total at checkout about $383
MatureMeet Premium Reported price per month $39 a month, no minimum term Reported total at checkout $39, then month to month
MatureMeet Premium yearly Reported price per month $19 a month Reported total at checkout $228
MatureMeet VIP Concierge Reported price per month $149 a month or $74 a month yearly Reported total at checkout $149, then month to month

Totals are the monthly figure multiplied by the term. One Forbes quote cited in trade press put the three month plan nearer $35 a month after the relaunch, so check the price shown at checkout before you pay.

On a twelve month term EliteSingles is cheaper per month than our $39 Premium, and that is the honest comparison. The difference is that you commit about $383 to a single site up front.

Is EliteSingles still open?

Spark Networks, the parent company, told members that EliteSingles would close on April 30, 2026, and said accounts and conversations would no longer be available after that date. Trade press later reported that EliteSingles came back under new ownership with a new design. Some review sites still list it as closed.

The practical point for a buyer is simple. A site that has changed owners once is a bigger risk for a prepaid term of six or twelve months. If you try it, pick the shortest plan and read what happens to your subscription if the service changes hands again.

Is EliteSingles worth it for singles over 50?

EliteSingles is worth a look if you like long questionnaires, want a curated shortlist each day and are comfortable prepaying. Its audience is educated professionals, with many members in their 30s to 50s, so people in their late 50s and 60s may find fewer matches near them than on a site built for their age.

Check three things on a free profile before you pay.

  • How many members in your own age range live within driving distance.
  • Whether messages get answered after two days.
  • What the renewal date is and how to cancel.

If the numbers are good, a short plan is a reasonable test. If they are thin, the low monthly rate on a long term is not the real cost. The real cost is the months without a date.

What are the hidden costs of EliteSingles?

  • Prepayment. A longer plan is cheaper per month but you pay the whole term at once.
  • Renewal. Plans can renew unless you cancel, so note the date. Set aside a fixed monthly budget for dating so a forgotten plan does not eat it.
  • Cancelling in the right place. If you subscribed through an app store, you cancel there.
  • Service changes. After a closure and relaunch, ask what carries over to the new owner.

A cheaper way to test before you pay anyone

Ask for a preview that shows real members near you before you enter a card. MatureMeet's match preview lists verified members in your age range for free. If it shows people you would want to meet, choose Premium by the month. If you want someone to choose introductions for you, [VIP Concierge]() is a human matchmaker you pay by the month, not a package of thousands of dollars.

Does EliteSingles have a free trial?

EliteSingles has offered free registration and a questionnaire, but messaging generally needs a paid plan, and offers change. Read the term and renewal wording before you accept a trial. MatureMeet's free match preview shows verified members near you without a card.

Can you use EliteSingles for free?

You can sign up and complete the questionnaire without paying, and you can see limited matches. Starting and answering conversations needs a subscription. Preview any site first, then pay only when you see members worth writing to.
