Terms of Service

Who can join

• You must be 35 or older. MatureMeet is designed for singles from 40 to 80.
• You must be single, separated or otherwise free to date, and looking for a real connection.
• You must live in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia.
• You must not have been removed from MatureMeet before, and you must not have a conviction for a violent or sexual offence.
• You may have only one account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at support@maturemeet.com if you think someone else has used it. Your profile must be true and must show you. Photos of other people, old photos that no longer look like you, or invented details are not allowed.

Verification

To send messages, you must complete the selfie check and confirm your phone number. The ID check is optional. We may ask you to verify again at any time. If a check fails or we have good reason to think a profile is fake, we may limit or close the account.

Member rules

You agree not to:

• ask any member for money, gifts, gift cards, crypto, bank details or help with payments,
• offer investments, business deals or any product or service,
• send sexual content, harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone,
• push members to leave MatureMeet to talk on another app before they are ready,
• impersonate anyone or use photos that are not yours,
• use MatureMeet if you are married or in a relationship and not free to date,
• collect data about members or use bots or scripts,
• share another member's messages, photos or personal details outside MatureMeet.

Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, a limit on your account or removal without a refund. We may report criminal behavior to the authorities.

Plans and prices

MatureMeet has two paid plans. Premium costs $39 a month, or $228 a year ($19 a month). VIP Concierge costs $149 a month, or $888 a year ($74 a month). All prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires. There is no free plan. A one-time match preview is available before you join. The features and limits of each plan are listed on our pricing page and count your use in each billing period.

Billing and renewal

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. We charge the card you give at checkout. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it goes through.

Changing plans

If you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly, we charge the difference for the rest of your current period right away, and the new features open once the payment goes through. If you move to a lower plan, the change starts at your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it will not renew. We do not give refunds for partly used periods, except where the law gives you a right to one. If you live in a place with a legal cooling-off period for online purchases, you can use it by writing to support@maturemeet.com.

Gift memberships

You can buy a plan for another adult's email address. The account and profile belong to that person, who must accept these terms and meet the age rules. The buyer pays and can cancel renewal, but cannot see the recipient's profile or messages.

VIP Concierge

VIP Concierge includes an intake call with your concierge, up to 4 hand-picked introductions a month, profile review and help with date planning. Introductions are made from verified MatureMeet members. We do our best to find people who fit, but we cannot promise a match, a date or a relationship. Unused introductions do not carry over to the next month.

Events and trips

Events in the calendar are run by their organizers. Weekend trips and any event fees are paid to the organizer, not to MatureMeet, and the organizer's terms apply. Please meet in public places and look after your own safety.

Safety

We verify members and check messages for scam patterns, but we cannot check everyone's background or guarantee how a person will behave. Read our safety guidelines, never send money to someone you met online, and meet in public for the first dates.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, texts and recordings you upload. You give us permission to store them and show them to other members as part of MatureMeet, for as long as they are on your profile. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

We work to keep MatureMeet available and safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the behavior of members on or off MatureMeet, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in your settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused part of your paid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in your account at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
