Changing or cancelling your plan
You can move from Premium to VIP Concierge at any time. You pay the difference for the rest of your current period right away, and your new features open as soon as the payment goes through. You can switch from monthly to yearly the same way. If you move to a lower plan, the change starts at your next renewal. You can cancel in Billing with a few clicks, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Move from Premium to VIP Concierge any time in Billing. You pay the difference for your current period right away.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your account and choose Cancel plan. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
